APQC Process Classification Framework®

Our software contains a catalog derived from APQC’s Process Classification Framework® (PCF), Cross-Industry, version 7.4: its process groups and processes, by number and name. We use it to classify the business processes a business case sizes.

APQC’s Process Classification Framework® (PCF) is an open standard developed by APQC, a nonprofit that promotes benchmarking and best practices worldwide. The PCF is intended to facilitate organizational improvement through process management and benchmarking, regardless of industry, size, or geography.
