Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Valuepoint Labs ("the Service"), operated by Valuepoint Labs Oy, a company incorporated in Finland.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Valuepoint Labs provides an AI-assisted platform for generating quantified, customer-specific financial business cases from vendor benefit statements. The Service is intended for B2B sales, procurement, and finance professionals.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent financial claims
5. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
The Service is designed for quantified, customer-specific financial modelling — not for processing personal data. To keep it that way, the following rules apply to every account:
- Prohibition. You agree not to upload, submit, or otherwise transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), personal data (as defined under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), or sensitive personal information to the Service. This includes, without limitation, named individuals' contact details, employee records, customer lists tied to natural persons, health or financial data about identifiable individuals, and any special categories of personal data.
- Representation and warranty. You represent and warrant that all business metrics, data, and inputs provided to the Service have been fully anonymised, aggregated, or stripped of personal identifying details before submission, and that you have the right to provide such inputs for the purposes of the Service.
- Remedy. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review and delete any data that we believe in good faith contains prohibited personal data, and may suspend or terminate accounts in material breach of this policy without prior notice. You remain solely responsible for any liability arising from your submission of prohibited personal data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Valuepoint Labs Oy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your value prop data and outputs remain your property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Valuepoint Labs does not warrant that the financial analyses produced are accurate, complete, or suitable for investment decisions. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified financial professionals before use in material business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuepoint Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
